Members receive regular advice, support, advocacy, and fellowship in various fields, such as art, music, literature, film, heritage, history, culture, and more.
CCA will also hold regular socials and forums which our members
can attend free of charge!
With a priority of maintaining New Braunfels’ status as an official “Cultural District”
of Texas, we work closely with State of Texas officials to serve as liaisons
to local organizations to create collaborative platforms for artists, creators, and enthusiasts
to share ideas and resources, and collaborate on projects.

Felicia Miller
Executive Director
Felicia is the Founder of CCA and has dedicated the last 8 years in New Braunfels making a difference in the Arts Non-Profit
community & understanding the needs of our amazing city in the world of Cultural Arts. She recently spent over 3 years as President of the Greater New Braunfels Arts Council where she learned the needs and importance of the Arts in our city.
A former high school Theatre Arts Director
and English Teacher, she understands the importance of creative expression as a means to honor heritage and remind us of the beauty in life. She holds a BA in Theatre Arts & Literary Studies, along with a Masters Degree in Theatre Education.

Tiffany Quiring
CCA President
Tiffany is a native New Braunfelser, raising her adorable daughter in our unique town.
She is currently the
Executive Director of the highly successful Community Resource and Recreation Center (CRRC) in Canyon Lake. TIffany currently holds the important position of Chairperson on the New Braunfels Arts Commission for the City. Her expertise is
in Marketing & Development.
Tiffany graduated from Texas State University and holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management & Leadership.

Justin Ball
CCA Vice President
Justin is currently the Executive Director of the Heritage Society of New Braunfels and Curator of the Museum of Texas Handmade Furniture where he preserves and educates on our German Heritage and History.
Justin proudly served in the U.S. Army and received his BA in History and his Masters Degree in History with a focus in Public History.
Justin and his wife Alina work everyday to preserve and boast about our unique Texas history in New Braunfels.

Linda Gabbard
CCA Secretary
Born in New Braunfels and graduated from NBHS. Descendant of Founding Fathers on both sides of her parents’ families.
ï‚· Attended TCU & UT Austin receiving a BFA in Studio Art, then her Teaching Certificate at Texas State University. Linda has worked in graphic arts and photography, an art teacher at several local schools, and also volunteered & worked with CASA of Comal County, American
Cancer Society of NB, Texas Art Educators’ Assoc., National Art Educators’ Assoc.,
Heritage Society of New Braunfels
Board of Directors,
